Copyright- You cannot use other company’s/businesses copyrighted images otherwise the company can sue you and make you stop using the logo.
The case can be taken to court and you can have a lot of money taken of off you for doing so.
This can create a chain reaction of problems as if you do approach a company about using their image then they might deny you the right to use it due to the fact you’ve used a copyrighted image before.
When a graphics designer creates a piece of work, they will often leave a trademark in the form of a logo or their signature, identifying the work as their own; this is useful in preventing the work from being plagiarised.
Intellectual property means that the idea belongs to the person that originally came up with it, if one person has an idea for a new product, and another hears the person with the originally idea and claims it for their own, they do not have the copyright.

Graphics card- OcUK Value GeForce GTX 590 3072MB GDDR5
The best graphics cards allow you to have a high frames per second(fps) rating, allowing high quality/smooth graphics when designing websites/animations etc.
Graphics card 2- the same.
Hard drive- Crucial RealSSD M4 512GB SATA 6Gb/s Solid State Hard Drive
When web designing, the files created will take up a lot of space, and the programmes needed will also take up a lot of space, so a big hard drive is needed.
Hard drive 2- Crucial RealSSD M4 512GB SATA 6Gb/s Solid State Hard Drive
The same reason.

Optical- Pioneer BDR-206MBK 12x BDXL BluRay RW / 16x DVD±RW Drive - Black (OEM)
BluRay player, for high end graphics so you can develop a high quality website/also used for other purposes.
Power supply- Antec High Current Pro 1200W Modular PSU
High quality power, reduces short outs, and also the rate at which it heats up.
This needed as if the power cuts out and your work is lost, you’ll have to start again.
Operating system- Windows 7 Ultimate 64-Bit
Standard keyboard
Output devices- Projector for the image to be displayed on a screen larger than the computer screen. Can’t be easily moved, therefore if you want to show in more than one place multiple projectors would be needed. Also has to be measured to fit the screen the image is being projected on, therefore some of the image might be missing as it’s on the screen.
, so work can be transferred between computer, good for working from home etc. also good for transferring editing programmes between systems, so work can be done by more than one person at any one time.
Graphics package; Adobe CS.5 package.
Vehicles- Vector images should be used on vehicles; this is due to the fact that instead of using pixels (blocks of colour) they are made of line, curves and shapes, meaning that when you enlarge the image it doesn’t lose any quality. If you used a bitmap image, when enlarge it would become very pixelated and lose quality. Images made with adobe illustrator are vector images, and are saved as ai files.
Website- JPG images should be used for websites; this is down to the fact that they are low in file size, they hold colours well and load at a reasonably high speed. Meaning the website page will load faster than if you were vector images. GIF images are the best type of image to go for if you have things such as logo’s and diagrams etc. as they are flat images and have solid colours. PNG is a newer type of image format and therefore have more features, but because they’re new not many browsers support them.
Flyers- Bitmap, JPG, GIF or even vector images can be used on flyers, this is due to the size of the picture, it will be relatively small and therefore won’t lose any quality.
The flyers should be saved as a PDF file for ease of printing, but should be converted to a DTP file.
The software used to make flyers is called Publish-it. this is why the flyers have to be used as a DTP file as that's the only type of file that works with Publish it.

Overall I would choose the first system, as it is much cheaper compared to what you get.
Hard drive is cheaper, and you get plenty enough hard drive space for what the computer is going to be used for, again with the graphics card, you get high quality graphics with the workstation computer.
The keyboard and mouse cost more because they’re apple; they have the exact same function as the normal mouse/keyboard.
The only positive thing you’d get from going for the apple computer would be a faster processor, which makes the computer run faster, but with a good hard-drive/graphics card the computer will run fast anyway.
